HELP!!! I'm STUCK in #DADBOD Limbo!

I'll tell you (Op) what really helped me: low cal soups.

I eat a lot. I'm a black hole. If you can get a soup down to the three carb per cup range and less than 40 calories, you can basically keep your Timmy warm in the winter and just get bloated for the night, not fat.


Perfect example is chicken no-noodle soup, paleo style. 2,000 extra cals daily from eating too much really messes my body up, but eating soup like this it's hard to get about 500 without stopping.

Replace calorie dense foods with warm and low cal foods.
