HELP: How to tell the diff. between 1T/1AD?

I'm wondering if there is any distinct difference in the 2 powders(1T/1AD in bulk) in which one could tell which he has? my buddy has a stash and he told me he can't remember whether he bought 1Test or 1AD which as you all know, definately will make a difference in the delivery method and i'm trying to aid him in finding out which he has.

examples:

different tastes? one tastes sour, one tastes like nothing? remember though, he doesn't have both, just one, so i'd need to know a distinct difference of some sort so that i can see if his matches up with ONE of the differences.

perhaps melting points?

Referral, I am in the same boat as you (as you know), so I am just saying I am wondering the same thing...

I'm assuming the best way to do this would be to get a beaker & a test tube. Fill the beaker with water & heat it up a little. Put the powder in question in the test tube. Put the test tube into the water (not letting the water get into the tube, just so that it is in the water). Heat the water & keep track of the temp (most stoves will tell you, if not put a thermometer in the beaker). Continue until powder melts to form a liquid & you've got the melting point. You may be a few degrees off though because the heat from the water has to transfer through the test tube.

I'm assuming this'll work. It works in the lab.

I don't know about 1ad, but 1test would burn bad in your eye, mouth, or sensitive areas. A painful test,:run: but you know what to do.

Excellent idea, the dreaded and infamous "1 test burn"!!!

Today I will try putting 1AD in my mouth and see what happens.

Being the guinea pig, I will snort some if I have to...I remember from using intranasally that 1 test REALLY burns in the nose!

I also have memories of measuring some out onto my scale with a spoon...SMART PERSON THAT I AM, I decided to lick the spoon afterward to get off the remaining residue...it was like biting into a jalapeno pepper!!! Ouch!

So hopefully I will only have to go as far as the mouth test...

I will do this at about 0800 EST and will post my findings here as well as the BN forums.

Folks we have the results from my "burn test"....


1AD does NOT burn like 1test does!!! It just causes a somewhat unpleasant taste after a few seconds. Tried it orally and intranasally.

i also did this last night after it was brought up on another forum....my powder also did not burn when applied to the bottom side of my tongue, but there was an odd after-taste. hmm....we may have something. now does anyone out there have a known 1T that they can dab their tongue with just to verify the burn?

1-test base will definitely burn. Even residue on a capsule would be uncomfortable.
