Help. Gyno detected early!

I am running testosterone cypionate at 500 mg week nandrolone decanoate at 500 mg a week and dianabol at 50mg a day and I am on week 3 and I feel a small lump, about 1/4 the size of a pea. It is possible that it was always there and I just noticed it because I was lifting up a heavy object and it slid down my chest, damn near tearing my nipple off. So I am completely done with the dbol on my cycle regardless, but I am running aromasin 12.5 e3d. However I do not have any sensitivity, swelling, itching,etc on or around my nipple. I did however arrange for some nolva to cross paths with me in about a week. Someone please help. Btw it is my left nipple

Oh no!!!!!! Emergency room asap man! Jokes aside though, looks perfectly normal to me. My guess is that you were just feeling your breast gland, or maybe some minor pre-existing gyno. Generally, you’ll have pain, itchiness, noticeable puffiness, etc if it’s real gyno. Although I would bump the aromasin to 12.5mg eod as a precaution, both for gyno and just the negative sides of too much estrogen.

Definitely start some nolva or ralox to ease your mind. Switch your aromasin to 6.25 ed and you should be good to keep the dbol involved

Your 1/4 pea will be nothing controlled with Nolva or Ralox, AI, and possibly dopamine agonist. Even a full pea isn’t really visible to anyone else but you. The “fear” of gyno, which you have, is all one needs. You’ll start throwing all sorts of drugs at it if it continues and it’ll never really advance past that itchy throbbing stage. Then off-cycles they will be non existent practically. You’ll be checking those suckers daily forever btw

Pinch behind the nipple. Small mass. Don’t let it get bigger. It will swell a little on some drugs, then it’ll go away after drugs are done. Run Letro and Raloxifene and destroy it if you’re this worried. It just may suck if you crush your estro....

But I say, feeling like shyt from crushed estro>moobs
