Help!!! Got a Lump!!!

OK, I know that these answers are out there, but I'm feeling traumitized here, so help me out with some first hand input. :sad:

For nearly the past 4 weeks I've been running a M1,4ADD/4AD/1-Test cycle breaking down like this:

Weeks 1-2

90 mgs M1,4ADD ED
300 mgs. 4AD ED
300 mgs. 1-Test ED

Weeks 3-present

150 mgs M1,4ADD ED
200 mgs. 4AD ED
300 mgs. 1-Test ED

Today I noticed a small, pea sized lump under my left nip!!!! Having used 4AD many times in the past at much higher concentrations, I have no doubt that this was caused by the M1,4ADD. So, this morning I discontinued the M1,4 and shot down 40 mgs. of Tamoxifen (resisting the impulse to drink the whole bottle). My plan is to take another 40 mgs. of Tamoxifen tonight, then continue on with 80 mgs. ED until this lump goes away (in one dose as opposed to the 2 I'm taking today), and then 60 mgs. ED for a week or so after that. As of now, I'm still planning to finish out my cycle with the 4AD and the 1-Test (another 2 weeks).

What are your thoughts on this. Should I take more/less Tamoxifen? Should I take the Tamoxifen for a longer/shorter period of time? Is it wise to keep going with the 4AD and the 1-Test or should I just start PCT now?

I think 80mg is overkill. You should take 40mg/day nolva until the lump goes away, then run 10mg/day throughout the cycle .You can continue to run the 4ad/1test, as long as it doesnt get worse. M1,4 converts to dbol, which has caused many a case of gyno. If you have liquid nolva- 40mg (2ml) is really only 30mg of tamoxifen. So take 3ml (60mg) of liquid nolva & that is 40mg of tamoxifen.

There's no need to split the dose, nolva has a very long half-life & builds up in your system.
 
I would come off everything and go straight PCT, some of the 4ad is going to aromitize to estrogen.

I agree. I would come off everything or at least drop the 4ad as well since there is some chance of it contributing to gyno. I'd rather lose some gains than gain some tits personally.
 
Just continue with your cycle man....dose the 80mg ED until it goes away...usually takes 3-4 days with myself, and then continue with 20mg EOD for the length of the rest of the cycle...no worries...
 
M1,4AD + 4AD is a pretty wet stack together so I wouldn't blame it all on the M1,4AD.

I think you could safely end or continue it..your choice. If you continue it with the addition of nolva then just evaluate as you go along...no improvment in symptoms after a week then end the cycle. You won't grow an instant set of tits as along as you have your nolva on hand like you do.
 
Thank's for the advice guys. As Bioman put it, it is a wet stack. I was a little nervous about it from the start.

I'm going to go ahead and keep up with the 1-Test and the 4AD with the Nolva and just watch things real close. 200 mgs og 4AD really isn't much, so hopefully I won't have any more problems.

I really do appreciate all of the insight.

Nah, I'm not yet a woman--just like Brittany over here. :icon_lol:

Gains are pretty good. I'm up about 10-12 pound total. I really don't look like I've retained a lot of water either. other than this, it's been a decent cycle.

The problem with the M1,4 as I see it is that in order to make decent gains you need to stack it with something (leaving open the obvious choices of 4AD or 1Test/4AD) and you also have to take a lot of it to get any results leaving the door open to issues like I'm having.
 
as a newbie I'm wondering -- would a small daily dosage of arimidex or letrezole on cycle have avoided this problem?

when you say pea-sized lump under your left nip, what EXACTLY do you mean? is it hard or soft? do you nips feel different?

everyone talks about the onset of gyno on-cycle, but i have never really seen it or had it explained?

It's a hard spot that I can feel under my nip; kind of like I'm starting to grow another nip under my nip. It's not visible--just something that I felt in my daily self breast check.

No, only nolva will prevent gyno. letro or dex are primarily for reducing estrogen water retention.

Are you saying that Lion Nutrition has a false claim of 20mg/mL???

But don't you think this is part of the problem? I know I have gone the extra mile to make SURE I don't mess with them, but yes I developed tender nipples just days after starting a minor stack of 5-7mgs M1T & 12mgs M4OHN.

Like you I hit it with Nolva (80 mgs, then 60 the next day) and the feeling was gone. You're doing the right thing.......good for you having the solution at hand

Like Bioman said, that is a really wet cycle.....I know I would be like a 40 FFF now if I was on that.

At least with custom's nolva, it isnt about false claims. It is indeed 20mg/ml, but not of tamoxifen, but rather tamoxifen citrate. The tamoxifen itself is the only active component that we are after, it is just attached to the citrate (I assume to stay stable? or for some other reason).

Now something like nolvadex tabs, that are prescribed, are 10mg tamoxifen, but are actually something like 13mg total (the extra is the citrate). All he is saying is that you have to actually up the amount of tamox citrate your research animals are taking because the dosing from those companies is for tamoxifen citrate, not tamox.

So, for instance, if you wanted to take 20mg of tamoxifen, you would have to increase the actual dosing from a company such as lion nutrition or phoenix labs. I've read that the general idea is 1.5x the amount, but that might be excessive.

Hey Skep, sorry to hear about this. But, you've probably caught it quick enough. Yeah, that stack was a pretty wet one. Maybe next time run one or the other with the 1-test.

Monday quarterbacking is easy, as long as this isn't happening to you. But then again, I've had my share of learning by trial and error. :blink:

Yeah, that's basically it--trial and error. You know, **** happens...

After 2 days worth of Nolva though, I can report that the lump has started to subside. Guess I won't be turning into a woman after all. :p
