I could use some help on my order status. Placed it on 11/25 and almost a month later I haven't received my shipment. Tried calling the 1-800 number from the website but get disconnected after 45 seconds regardless which option I choose. Any help would be appreciated
 
Update got an email this AM from the support team. Problem with Sparta. So solid store. Issue with the supplier. Just hate the wait
