Hi I'm currently thinking of trying a pro-hormone, a friend at my gym is currently running Halovol-V for 4 weeks as his first cycle with a named brand complete PCT. But depending on his results I'll be more inclined to try something. I understand cycles and PCT's but due to so many posts on the net it's confusing of what is right and what is bad.
I'm 21 years old, 5'6 short, currently 168lbs, 11% body fat. Been weightlifting since October 2009 where I was 118lbs. My bench is currently 264lbs, squat and deadlift 342lbs, but reached plateau.
My diet is clean, high protein, lots of fruit and veg, currently taking multi vit, ZMA and at the moment PhD Pharma Gain, Creatine and Animal M Stak for a 3 weeks cycle as progression has slowed down. I'm looking to gain some lean size, really I would like to be a lean 13stone, obviously I won't reach those results from one cycle but that is the aim for the future.
All sorts of help will be taken on board and greatly appreciated!
