Help finding new source

Hi. I know that I cannot mention any sources by name, but I had a source which worked well for me three times from Eastern Europe. It has been about seven years since I messed with them and now I am finding horrible reviews about them when searching online. Can someone help me find a new source? Or allow me to run a few by them that I have managed to find? I don't want to buy a list to find a source unless all else fails. I am basically looking for some E or some sus with pct.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
