Help Finding A Specific Shaker Bottle

My buddy has this shaker he got from some expo or something -- but of course, he can't remember where it's from (he's not the brightest).

It has a screw-on cap on the screw-on lid. In essence, it's a regular shaker but instead of a tethered plastic piece covering the part you drink from, there's a screw-on cap (similar to a 20oz pop cap but shorter and wider).

Does anybody use one of these or come across one for sale somewhere?

That picture is from a site called ShakerStore but they are a bulk supplier and won't sell them in small quantities. I tried to find a list of buyers but wasn't able to.

Has anybody seen something like this for sale anywhere?

Nope. Just use a normal one and cut off the strap lid then you will have one like the one you want
