NOt sure what nerve it is. but the main pain is in the middle finger. starting at the top big knuckle. precisely on the side of the knuckle, not directly on top. the pain goes down the finger. numbness and burning. also on the pointer or index finger also. just those two fingers. i couldn't even grip a 25lb dumbell last workout. this happened before, but literally went away in hours. this time its been a few days. WHATS GOING ON. any info would be greatly appreciated.
