So I have a problem i guess.... or some of you would like my problem I am gaining weight but my stomach is gaining alot of fat... and I dont know how... here is a list of what I am eating... I am 5'10" 192lbs@14-16%fat maybe alittle more now since bulking which sucks and also this is on PP turinbol one week in. thoguht i would lose fat on this?

breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal made with milk 2 eggs, a whey protein shake

lunch: 6oz of cooked chicken with soem ketchup and 1/2 cup Ww pasta with light sauce

snack: Natty almond butter on WW bread 2 cups milk (sometimes 6 inch sweet onion chiken terriaki from subway)

Dinner: 6oz chicken with ketchup glass of milk

before bed: casien shake

Preworkout: bannanna or grapes or orange

post workout: 2scoops on whey protein shake with milk

So whats wrong? Why am I gaining fat on this light of a diet? and not gaining to much quality muscle... I workout 5 days a week mon-fri... but i do not do any cardio... becasue I am bulking or should I maybe do two cardio days and only 3 day split on heavy weights.

instead of whole wheat breads and pastas get some brown rice and sweet potatoes, or add in more oats as carb sources....

I would add up those calories, they seem VERY low. If your metabolism has crashed on low calories (have you been eating like this for a while?) you need to start eating more or you WILL gain fat despite your calories.

Well i have been eating like this for about a week and a half. Everyone that sees me on a regular basis ie gf n mom say I eat way to much... I was thinking of dropping the pasta lower the carbs and upping the protein maybe add in 4oz lunchmeat a day

I will add all the macros n calories up right now for everyone

I think your carbs just need to be better....

Whole wheat pasta and whole wheat breads are a higher GI than people think. You can get better carb sources like I mentioned, and this will help put on less body fat.

the breakdown come down to this!

calories 3040
protein 294
fat 62
carbs 280 (cutting out the pasta)

No idea how i weigh 192lbs eating this and gaining weight easy... which some is fat... usally i hear about eating close to 4000 why am i eating a 1000 less and getting fat lol is my metabolism that bad? both parents are in there 40's and yes they are chubby well overweight although my dad is strong as hell

3200 calories and i lose weight. like others have said drop the milk , add brown rice, oats, sweet potatoes. or carb cycle with 4 days moderate carb 2 days low-no carb and 1 carb up day

Man I think your lucky if I ate 3200 calories I'd just maintain body weight lol not gain. Like everyone keeps saying just change up the carbs and lower the milk. Good luck man

yes pp's turinabol is good for cut cycle. it can also be used for a bulk cycle, but because of the fact that turinabol is kinda mild until you take a high dose, it hard to notice any difference until week 3. plus the gain are dry, so you will prolly not notice that much more musclarity.

if you are gaining fat, you have two options either do some light cardio twice a week or drop the calories a little to about 3000 and assess from there. and like everyone else said i would drop the amount of milk

hell I eat around 3200 cal a day and can't gain weight, I even have the advantage of insulin. IMO I would say you should do some light cardio on your off days

Also I am not too sure about your work out... so maybe your slacking off in the gym... but if not then cadio is key, especially with hereditary background being heavy set

The powder protein shakes tend to give me a buildup of fat. I believe it is the Malto in them. Cut back on them and instead have real food before bed. I switched from a casein shake pre-bed to a bowl of fat free cottage cheese with a low fat yogurt mix. The benefits of the protein powders are great, but I can only have one post workout to avoid building up too much fat.

are you sure?? Seems like a small amount of food for so much calories and macros, I eat more than that and barely top 3K calories.

Anyway, try fat free milk. As far as training, if you don't like cardio, you can also do some high intensity training, something to get your heart rate up, like circuit training.
