Help Bulk 1-Carboxy

I have been taking bulk 1 for about 2 weeks with o.k. results.

1st question? One the tub it says 1/4 teaspoon = 800mg's. On the website it says 1/3 teaspoon= 800mg's. Which one is it?

2nd question? I have taken this product starting at 1/4 teaspoon on an empty stomach; I will sleep o.k. until about 4:00 a.m... So then I upped the does to 1/4" heaping teaspoon same results. Lastly the last 2 day I have been doing 1/2 teaspoon with no real noted difference?? Am I doing something wrong or does anyone have any suggestions???

3rd question?? Some people take this product just before bed other with breakfast and before workout. Would this method work better and if so what would dosing look like??

O.K. I got a little more info on the product. I am going to assume that 1/4 tsp = 800mg. I am going to take 1.6 or 1/2 tsp 45 minutes before I work out and 800mg or 1/4 tsp right before bed. Let me know what you guys think? Is the 1/4 tsp before bed enough?? Thanks
 
A good dosing approach would be to take 1.5g pre-workout and 500mg - 700mg pre-bed. Both on an empty stomach. After 7 - 10days, take 2gr pre-workout and 1gr - 1.5gr pre-bed.
 
couple of ? on carboxy...

1.) How is it better than regular L-Dopa?
2.) What is the correlation between dopamine and testosterone? (how does one effect the other?)
