Help a noob w/cycle advice :)

Hey guys, I've only done a couple runs of 1-AD, and I'm looking to start a new run March 1st, and need some advice...

What I have so far is 2 Bottles of 1-AD which I was going to take over a 30 day cycle looking like this:

Week 1 = 3/day
Week 2 = 5/day
Week 3 = 5/day
Last 9 Days = 3/day

I want to get some T4 from <edit>, but I've never used a transdermal before. So I need some advice on that.

I have two bottles of 6OXO I was going to use as PCT, will this be enough, or should I go for Nolva, or?

Any help would be appreciated...

Just for reference:
26yo, 5'10", 187lbs, 260+ Bench, 220+ Military.

<edit>? You wouldnt be referring to the <edit> that we all know and love. The one that wouldnt appreciate his name being pinned as a source for anything whatsoever. Unless someone is open and upfront about something, for future reference, it would probably be best to keep all your sources FOR EVERYTHING quiet.

6oxo is fine for 1AD and t4. just use it right.

Do a search on dosages of transdermal 4ad, there is a ton of info on it. The bottle will tell you how many mgs 4ad is in each pump/squirt.
