Hey all,
Little background of myself I'm 25, 6'2, 180lbs, 11% body fat. Tall stocky build. Have played basketball my whole life and played some D3 basketball. Ever since I stopped playing I've just been going normally 4-5 days to the gym but now I really want to start making some big changes. What I'm trying to accomplish here is put on lean muscle while keeping the fat off. I want to put on 10-12 lbs of lean muscle. I will be following a strict diet 3200-3500 calories with 300-350 grams of protein.
Cycle:
2 Bottles of Helladrol by Innovative Labs
Blockade On Cycle Defense
Fish Oils
Creatine
Whey/Casein
PCT:
Nolvadex
Lean Xtreme
Creatine
Protein
Questions:
How long should I run the helladrol and how should I dose it. Also should i dose the nolvadex. I've been reading a lot and it seems 20/20/10/10 seems like the best bet.
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. I will be running a log with before and after pics if people seem interested enough. Thank you all so much lets get these gainzzzz.
