Hella/Katan questions

So this will be my 4th cycle. Looking to run hella and Katan, I'm trying to lean out!

Is daa and reduce xt needed if I have forged post cycle?

This is my first time stacking, so just wondering how it looks.
 
I'd bump the Kat to 300 maybe 350, and run it two weeks past hdrol at 400.
 
Kat at 350-450 to be effective and you better have Atleast 3 bottles. Going to cost a good bit.
 
You can still find Pstanz around as a alt to katana for similiar effect. Still will need 3 bottles. But it's about 40 a bottle compared to 75 for the katana.
 
for the price of kat you can get legit winstrol. but you can get cheaper furuaz clones. there are a few out there that are priced ok.
 
i know youve ran other cycles, i think you might get more out of dzine. its good for recomp, and you can run it 6 weeks. gerbil is running an excellent recomp cycle on dzine and 11oxo you should check it out.
 
I'm starting to think just Helladrol and like an appetite suppressant. I've read that 11 oxo makes you Fu*king snappy, and I work in the restaurant buisness and I can't be snappy lol
 
Cycle assist and N2guard? There is a bit of overlap/redundancy. I wouldn't run both of them personally. DAA is cheap and I would still run it along with your pct. Looks good to me otherwise.
 
my hella run was just over this week, started at 50/75/100/100/100/100, I had no major sides so to speak, I dindt even expierience headaches, which some have complained about, On cycle used n2g,I started with now liver detoxifier and regenerator and switched to himilaya livercareat about half cycle . Back in in nov/dec ran kata solo with good results, ran it as high as 400. The only major side I think I got from hella was the lethargy and backpumps so, should pick up some taurine if you havent yet. If I coulda changed something I woulda pickup some transaderm, for the lethargy. up 10lbs too

Good call! I am going to start my first hella run this Thursday. My last cycle was Beastdrol so I know what you mean by lethargy. I will definitely grab some Taurine. I might consider some transderm as well. I'm anxious to see how i take to Helladrol. Did you feel a noticeable difference jumping to 100mg?

Please don't tell me beastdrol was your first cycle....?. Helladrol is going to treat you good, you will love it, I think it's better then beast as an overall product, unless you are in for a all out crazy bulk/strength then beast wins hands down. For backs pumps lots for water and potassium.

Yes, Beastdrol was my first cycle and having said that, was definitely not the best Idea. Started getting pretty bad side effects and abandoned the cycle entering the 3rd week. Not sure I wanna cycle that again anytime soon!

On a positive note I put on 15 pounds and kept 12 of them after pct. This time around I'm aiming for a recomp to lower my bodyfat%. Beast left me a little thicker in the midsection than I had hoped for.

Best will creep up with fat around the mid section depending on how your diet is and if you didn't do cardio then beast will defenitly put some unwanted thickness. It's just comes down to diet and how muh cario you were doing.

That's no lie! Wasn't a pretty looking 15 pounds but my strength was insane!

the main difference I noticed right away was that it seemed, lethargy hit me alot quicker within 20 min or so felt really sleepy n tired. last few days on cycle started feeling this weird feeling in my stomach , cant explain it other than kinda like, you know when you get punched in the stomach? and get the wind sucked outa ya? well you know how u can still feel it a few minutes after youve been hit? thats how I i felt for a at least two days after my last hella dose, its weird, but all is good now dont feel it anymore, maybe 4 weeks @ 100 was rough on my stomach who knows, but I do plan on running hella again @ 75 all the way thru this time.

Edit: forgot to add that @the begining of my last week on hella 2 days ran it at @125 since I had no major sides, but on second day @125 started to feel my stomach like weird, and it was not pain just well, noticible so i went back down to 100 for remainder.
 
I usually take the cycle assist during and the n2guard with pct to make me feel better lol
And I just got some DAA, what do you guys think of creatine

Good info! I had the same sort of stomach feeling with beastrol which is one of the reasons I stopped it one week early.

Drink lots of water or creatine can lead to injury..
