On-deck- Cissus for joints and Taurine for pumps and Forma for AI

Spacing on cycle
8am-Hella (on 100mgs X2)
12pm-Assist et cetera
4pm-hella
8pm-assist et cetera
9pm-hella


Caloric supplementation- BSN True Mass
Protein Supplementation- Isopure
caloric intake goal- 3000 per day
low fat, low carb diet during

Am I missing anything? Does the spacing regiment look alright? Should the forma be used in pct or on cycle or at all(seen conflicting messages)? Also, is the timing on the DAA and erase starting week 3 the "proper" way to run them?

Any input/criticism is appreciated!
