I have helios clen and yohimbine. I have 31 Guage 5/16 pins. I was told to take 1/2 of iu . 1 iu the most. 1/2 is only a drop basically. How to I take it ??

The product is dosed as
50mcg clen /ml
5mg yohimbine /ml
For the purposes here, forget iu and stick with the product measurement specs. You were being told to take 0.5ml of the product, 1ml at the most.
Seems you were thinking 1iu = 0.1ml, which would be a drop. Esp if using a 3ml+ syringe. Use a 1ml syringe.
