Awesome, I enjoy all of those things. I’m turning 40 soon, and starting to notice things not working like they used to. Even the smallest amount of alcohol can really disrupt sexy time lately.

After squats yesterday, the first thing I did when I got up this morning was put some Helios on my knees.................all better now!
 
“Had” to sneak in an order with the BOGO real quick. Down to two bottles; that won’t cut it.
 
Suppose 1ml is all that's needed to fully reap all the benefits? Or most of ya going higher?

Like Rip said, some guys (and gals) go higher, some go lower. I am currently using 5 pumps (1ml).
 
I will put 2 pumps on my bad knee before squats, works well
 
My father in law has really bad issues with his iron levels. They are insanely high and is on multiple medications and is prescribed blood letting every three weeks I believe if not more. He also had terrible joint pain. Well knowing curcumin chelates iron for elimination I suggested some different curcumin products (c3, merivia, etc) with no results. I gave him two bottles of Helios and within 3 weeks blood testing had shown his iron levels dropped significantly and his joint pain was relieved enough to get him off advil and Tylenol.

Also has improved my wife’s arthritis. Can’t say enough about this

That’s great to hear man! I know it gets beat down pretty good around here, but long term use of pain killers like Tylenol and Ibuprofen isn’t the most ideal way to handle chronic pain, especially with all the natural, and effective, alternatives out there. Crazy it helped that much with iron levels as well. It’s been a blessing for my arthritic knees and will be something I use for as long as it’s around (which is hopefully a long time).
 
tell your family that we have a big BOGO for March madness !!!

I always call the folks and other friends to let em know.

yeah man that stuff is poison and thank you for the support! Glad you are getting relief as well. Can’t believe more companies or pharma haven’t gone this route

don’t worry I always stock up and just give it to them for free. They do so much for us especially with a recent move that it’s the least I can do. Can’t put a price on family
