This was my first joint supplement. I'm not as young as I once was (not that I'm that old), and stuff is starting to hurt when I lift on a regular basis. I had various issues that I hoped this would address, and it did.
Since I had never had a joint supplement before, I wasn't sure what to expect. At first I didn't really notice anything, but once I started to take it regularly those little nagging aches and pains started to fade away.
Another unique thing about this product us that it's a powder, rather than a capsule like most if the other comparable products I've seen. C&P really nailed their flavoring on this. I had the Raspberry Venomade and I looked forward to drinking it each day!
I definitely recommend anyone looking for a joint supp give this a look.
