just posting this for a friend. When we are down the gym hes noticed that he lifts similar weights to some of the really big guys in there, but they are a lot more built with bigger muscles than him, is there a reason for this?
Welcome to the site, please read around and get comfortable. Sounds like you have a lot of reading to do. Stregnth doesn't always equate to huge muscles. Consider diet, experience (years), and genetics, and enhancement.
