HEAT and blood presure

DmitryWI

I know nothing...
Does anybody ever had blood pressure while taking HEAT? I was at the doctors office today and I had high blood presure, the only stuff I take is HEAT and cAMPHIBOLIC?

I have digital wrist blood pressure monitor and I usually check my bp when I'm on, and it was 110/70 last time I checked about 2 weeks ago (I was running SD/tri-max), I added HEAT after this cycle, but I've been using cAMPHIBOLIC for the last 2 months without problem. Today BP was 145/90, which is not terribly high, but still, there is no reason to have it like that.

Its not the cAMPHIBOLIC. HEAT in general will mildly elevate blood pressure (although its ingredients prompt vasodialation in skeletal muscle--pretty much any norepinephrine release will elevate blood pressure transiently). Also, since cAMPH contains green tea, which has catecholamine-potentiating properties, its also possible that cAMPH plus HEAT is exerting a greater increase in blood pressure than HEAT alone would. In general, I dont see 145 over 90 as any real concern (unless your planning on cutting for months and months). Also, if youre not taking fish oil, you really ought to be, as that will make a difference right there. If youre really concerned, pick up some captopril (usually goes by Capoten). Its a pharma ACE inhibitor/BP medicine thats a.) markedly safe and side-effect free at low doses, b.) dirt cheap, and c.) very effective. You can easily get several months worth for $20-30--take 25-50mg/day 60 mins prior to a meal. Problem solved.

Thanks for your responce, Loki. I've taken up to 12 caps of HEAT last summer without problems (was taking it alone), and I take only 6 caps right now. Go figure...
Doc prescribed me lisinopril, I started taking today.

P.S. I take about 10g of fish oil, 10g of flex oil and Sesathin 3xdaily. I'm about 9% bf and all I'm trying to do now is don't gain any fat back after tri-max. In about 2-3 weeks will start bulking again.

Do not take too many drugs, bro. Now i dont know what is lisinopril, but try herbal remedies first. You are on antibiotics for very LONG time and those are the potential to **** most of your body alone.

I hear you, Syr, about taking too much ****, but my doc knows what's going on with me pretty well, exept ph's use, but I'm not using any androgens now anyway, so he put me on antibiotics and lisinopril (suppose to lower blood pressure).

You should also make sure that the nurse was not making you elevate your arm on your own. My bp readings with the nurse were 140-150 / 90. The doc started taking them, and walla, 115-120/70-75. His nurse was a fat moron!:frustrate Everytime I came in, "so, you still taking steroids?" Finally, I tell her, "No, some people are blessed with great genetics and actually give 2 fucks about the way they look!"

LOL Every time I go my doc he asks me multiple times if I take steroids. I stopped taking lisinopril after 1 week of use, my throat got really dry and scratchy(normal side affect for lisinopril), but I decided **** it! Still taking HEAT and my blood pressure is normal now. Go figure...
Oh, and my BP was high, I know for sure, it's been taken multiple times last 8 months or so by different nurses.

I generally dont get too worried about my BP, unless I am taking certain substances that wil raise it very high (dbol, anadrol etc) There are so many factors like stress, activity etc, that can affect your readings, that I dont take too much stock in it. But, if it is consistently high, then I may start to worry.
