Heartburn while "ON"?

Do you guys get heartburn while ON? I've noticed that I have gotten it lately while on my phera/m-drol bridge. Im pretty sure its only when im ON, I also noticed on a Tren cycle I did awhile ago. Would it be ok to take some zantac?

I would not...whethr it is truely safe or not i don't know, but i avoid mixing any other pills(prescription or not) while on cycle..

Do you dose with food?...

Yea I dose with food, I think I just eat too much at once or something, I eat like 6 times a day, so I think I'll try maybe 8 smaller meals a day. Im feeling it the worst right now from two full plates of thanksgiving food. I just took some Pepcid, so maybe that will help. It makes it harder too eat the rest of the day with the burn.
 
i suffer of gerd. im on epi right now and a few days ago i did some acid reducer im alive right now*. evryone is diffrent tho

milk tho buddy :) should calm it temp or check ur foods
