Heart palpitations?

So every now and then I'll get like a flutter in my chest and turns into heart palpitations. Not sure if right word but my heart beats super fast. Can feel it beating out of my chest. Gets to over 200 to 250 bpm. Feel little lightheaded and maybe little achy jaw. Been happening for as long as I can remember. Last a few minutes sometimes. 30min. Brought it up to my Dr but she didn't seem concerned. But it still sketches me out. Not sure it it like skips a beat here and there it's hard to tell. Any help would be appreciated.

Yea brought it up to Dr and she said it's anxiety but yea going ti go to a specialist.
I used to have anxiety Really Bad, and my BP was High, but nothing like that.
If that were happening to someone near me, I'd call an Ambulance.

No you wouldn't. I've had it happened for years.
If that's true then that means you have a extremely weak heart from that. It's called supraenvantricular tachycardia and using steroids will almost gurentee you a heart attack so you need to can your cycle plans

I'm a firefighter and working at station now so really don't want to do that. This has happened numerous times more times than I can count

Dude I wish I was kidding. But yea you can see my heart beat like through my shirt so fast its hard to count. Put a pulse ox on my finger since I'm working and was well over 200. No chest pain though. It more so just makes me nervous.

Pretty recently been prescribed levothyroxine for 10 years now
Hmmm...
What you describe isn't sustainable. (You'll die).
... And if the FD finds out, they'd have to let you go (if it isn't corrected), for Insurance reasons.

Id be going to the ED and insisting on an ECG and echo.

Even though it's been happening since I was 12. I'm 31 now. Have been under a lot of stress lately so my Dr contributed that to it. But yea def going to make an appointment this week.

Good news is back to around 60 bpm. And feeling fine now. It's weird it usually happens when I'm lifting like if I go down to pick up a weight I can feel like a jolt in my chest and then it starts. But now it's happening more outside gym.

I will. Put it off for too long. Ran numerous cycles in the past while still having it. We had someone come into the station to do a full screening on us and hooked up an ekg amd has us on a bicycle checking rhythm and bp and all was fine.

Sucks cause just pinned my first dose of test and mast. Was only doing 300 test 300 mast. Do I need to stop that now? Can I just carry on whole I go to my Dr appointments.

By what you wrote, you should stop all PEDs (and stims) until the Dr gives you a thumbs up.

Sounds like a plan. Was doing some more research and this article makes it seem like it's not a big deal. Interested to hear your thoughts cause it does sound similar to mine. Hell I even tried the pretend your pushing a bowel movement out one time and it worked.

I wouldn't even try to diagnose it yourself.

Wow, I’ve never heard of a heart rate that high. You definitely shouldn’t take anymore steroids until that’s figured out.
That’s more than just stress and anxiety. I would find another Doctor, preferably a Cardiologist, that knows what they are doing, and that doesn’t just brush it aside because they don’t have an answer.

If it’s SVT it is possible for 200-210 that long, but no faster, otherwise you would go into V-tach or V-fib. you cannot sustain over 210 bpm that long. It sounds like you need an ablation, you do need to see a cardiologist. Could also be A-fib, but again not that length of time.
