Sure meat, fish, milk products.
So, i buy rice bran oil and oil wheat germ.
I also have MCT. Next, I choose which is better from cereals - wild rice, quinoa, amaranth, hemp, chia?

I've always felt like quinoa was the carb that took my workouts to the next level. You get the carbs, plus all nine aminos, and I usually cook mine in chicken stock with some added salt, so it all works well to promote strength. It seems to promote a better pump than other carbs imo but that could just be my physiology.
