This is a quick and easy smoothie recipe with green vegetables and Ayurvedic herbs to add essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants into the diet. To keep it simple this recipe uses only fruit, vegetables, herbs, and water. Starting your day off with this fresh smoothie gives you a burst of energy and keeps you alert throughout the day

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 1 Glass

Ingredients
1 cup chopped Kale1 cup Spinach½ t grated ginger½ cup chopped celery½ pear½ appleFew mint leavesFew Basil leaves¼ t Cinnamon powder1 t lemon juice¼ cup greek yogurt (optional)

Method
Blend all the ingredients together
Add yogurt and blend again if it is not to your desired consistencyServe chilled.

Wow. Thanks for this! I used to munch on kale chips before. Never knew we could put in a smoothie too.
