Healthy Alfredo

30g Cream Cheese
30g Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Almond milk
20g Shredded Cheese (i use Mozz)
10-15g Flour/Pancake Mix

Around 150kcals for a good serving, 15g of carbs, 3g of fat, 15g of protein (using lowfat fat free cheese/cream cheese, and greek yogurt)

Thank for the healthy recipe Chef Bob will give it a try look very good similar to dish I make occasion but not this high on protein
 
the dish I have made before meat is not I think look forward adding on to it though the greek yogurt
