Healing stack

Hyde mentioned healing stacks in a previous post, I have some right shoulder issues from 30 years of free weights, Arnold pressing, etc…I was looking for ideas for healing stacks from the members. I have access to almost everything. Running 200mg TRT right now so I would be adding to that

Joint support xt / cissus worked well for me in the past.

I actually started MK677 (15mg oral a day) and every ache/joint/tendon pain in my body has completely gone within a week. Only taking it 5 days a week purely for the healing benefit. Taking berberine with meals also until I stop

Agreed peptides seem to shine most for Healing. MK677(oral), IGF-LR3, BPC-157, and TB-500 (pinned subq near the injury) is worth looking into.

I know this is in the anabolics section so I apologize if a non anabolic answer isn’t what you want (I don’t have as useful info there), but Pepti-Plex, Curcumin, and/or Palmitoylethanolamide really seem to keep the aches and pains at bay while making training feel like I rolled the clock back a bit.

I have chronic knee pain that has been with me for years. Also, some tendinitis comes and goes on my shoulder. BPC/TB keeps the pain at bay.
Are the movement you do for resistance exercise, or any other movements halting the healing process?

Keeps the pain at bay completely like it's healed?

I've had tendonitis, golfers elbow tendon since 2005 or so, doing movements I know now we're causing it. It still has flared up, and have to reduce weight, do it, active release, trigger point, even trigger point injection, then slowly work back up in weight, as it got better. Moreover, when strength, resistance is up, have to watch it

there are some people like AwakeningAlpha who just posted above that claim that their pain went away for good. As those peptides greatly reduce inflammation, I feel AWESOME while on them. sometimes I still have some flare-ups, but it manages my pain for some good time
I don't think anything else has ever helped me as much
The only issue for me is the cost lol
