So me being the absolute star that I am, I managed to pop two ribs out of place which did some damage to my left rhomboid, left lat and part of my left pec (odd I know). I had both ribs put back in place today and it hurt like hell, but I was told to try and keep it up in the gym to a light extent to keep things loose and promote healing. That being said, I’m on cycle and am not ready to go back to my TRT doses yet, I feel like it’d be a waste mid cycle. I’m using BPC-157 every night, Deca for the joints, but what else could I add to speed the healing process up? I can get pharma IGF-1 LR3 and some IGF-1 blended with secretagogues but am unsure of use, never played with them because I over produce GH and insulin as is but never really noticed any difference in recovery (but maybe I recover faster than normal and just don’t realize it). Any advice would be awesome, thanks guys.
 
Can primo help at all? I heard something about it but can’t remember. Maybe it was about the immune system, not sure.
 
Anavar and EQ would help more than Deca for tendons/joints/ligaments, and Anavar especialy for healing tissue. (From my experience)

You're correct. Primo will help with the immune system, but probably not your situation. You might want to look into TB-500.
 
I heard anavar helps heal wounds, burns particularly.

Igf 1? I would tread carefully. Recent autopsies of pro bodybuilders are showing enlarged organs (not just heart), and i would say that it isnt mostly from anabolics, but from igf and gh.

BPC is amazing especially for pain and inflammation. Joint relief with the Deca. But seriously increased booodflow with a little GH-type NOS booster is TB/500 and Ipam. Not even a lot of either. It’s so crazy for nutrient delivery to injury through increased blood flow, my face and chest turns fucking purple. Not like cialis/Viagra flush: but blood rush like nothing on this planet. All 4 of those and you can get through this. Of course is you can get GH, MK or anything close to it I dunno CJC/DAC, but it doesn’t heal like what we just talked about. Maybe over months it will be very effective but that BPC-157, TB+Ipam, and nandrolones. Yaaaaa buddy. Maybe a cheap MK source and you’ll have everything you could need. I didn’t believe this stuff until 4 weeks ago when I started trying it. I have an almost detached forearm muscle tied into bicep that even effects my shoulder. My whole left arm is fucked bc if it. This combo at poor mans amounts has got me to almost training with my regular grips again (uprights, over hand lay pulls, and def not rev curls) but 3 months of rest vs 6 weeks of healing it WHILE training around it wins all day long.

It’s unlike anything I’ve ever used. Other than Cortisone. 1 shot of cortisone in the right spot and I’ve been
Pain free 12-18 months. But that helps slightly with inflammation short term and does ZERO to heal the underlying injury. It’s warranted in some cases and then you can stretch and rest and it may never come back.
BPC-157/TB500(and I can only tolerate small ass doses of that bc of the very unpleasant facial flushing, BPC I wish i could triple the amount I use but that would end up being $350 a month just for that one peptide along, but it takes the pain away 75% within an hour.
With this stuff I’ve used a total of 10mg if tb and 20mg of BPC and I’m about another week from changing my grip back to overhand. That’s nuts.
I thought I was going to need orthoscopic procedure and cut the strain away or something.

Just those two(haven’t added MK and a little Ipam yet) have basically brought me halfway to free of injury(that was a few more training sessions from sidelining my upper body training)

I can’t say enough good things and if they can’t fix it at moderate doses, surgery is needed.
 
Ok. So my trainer has got me deloading and periodizing me right now. He says I’ve been too hard on my joints.
I’ve considered upping the BPC 157 to 500mg. The TB is probably more effective but it gives me horrible facial flushing and has some rumor of cancer risk. My pain and weakness has returned this last week with a vengeance. Do you think I should add Cissus as well? At a loss here.
