So me being the absolute star that I am, I managed to pop two ribs out of place which did some damage to my left rhomboid, left lat and part of my left pec (odd I know). I had both ribs put back in place today and it hurt like hell, but I was told to try and keep it up in the gym to a light extent to keep things loose and promote healing. That being said, I’m on cycle and am not ready to go back to my TRT doses yet, I feel like it’d be a waste mid cycle. I’m using BPC-157 every night, Deca for the joints, but what else could I add to speed the healing process up? I can get pharma IGF-1 LR3 and some IGF-1 blended with secretagogues but am unsure of use, never played with them because I over produce GH and insulin as is but never really noticed any difference in recovery (but maybe I recover faster than normal and just don’t realize it). Any advice would be awesome, thanks guys.
