Well... Yes I have heard of this happening. Hdrol is a pH. I will let someone with experience chime in, but I am fairly certain you need to run a serm in your pct stack to aid in getting you back to normal. Just out of curiosity.... is this your first cycle?

i would definitely recommend an actual pct with Serm+Test booster (like AlphaMax Xt)+ Cor tcontrol (reduce xt). I would rather recover asap and keep the majority of gains from a cycle than risk not
 
Nolvadex @ 20,20,10,10mg

Clomid at 100, 50, 50 25mg, should suffice stacked with a product like black lion Viron and Exotherm or Letrone to ensure recovery after the cycle.
 
I haven't ran it but my buddy has. He used clomid for pct and stated it took a few weeks after pct for his nuts to return to normal size. Definately need a SERM and a natural Test booster.
