Hdrol / PStanz stack - input please!!

I've been planning this stack for a while, and seeing as we're about to hit summer down here in Australia, I thought that now would be the perfect time to run it.

A little background info - 28 yrs old, lifting consistently for 10 years, train for strength and power (more into martial arts than body building), 190lbs at the moment, around 12-15% body fat.

I've used PH's before (The One, Epi, Hdrol x 2) and loved them all. Ran hdrol last year to 125mg with no sides except back pumps, so this run will push it a bit further. I have on hand 3 bottles each of Hdrol and Pstanz, and aim to finish them all off as this will be my last dive into the murky world of PH's...

Days 1-9: 75mg/day – 2am, 1pm

Everything looks perfect except for this. What are you thinking? You're far too light to be taking 3x the recomended dose. For 125-150 you should ALWAYS be above 200 or so lbs. Make it a 6 week cycle just don't kill yourself lol. There's a reason many say not to go above 75 because H-drol is hella-powerful.

As Dr. Evil would say, "take it dowwnn a notch Scottie." lol

In last week of hdrol/pstanz recomp/cutting cycle. Ran hdrol up to 75mg and pstanz up to 350 (150/300/300/350). What are your goals? Had to scale back the hdrol to 50mg because I was gaining on my cut cycle and really looking bigger than I wanted to (horrible problem to have :)). I would run your normal hdrol cycle (can't imagine you need that much hdrol - broscience is that it can be more effective if taken with grapefruit juice so you actually need less of it) and add pstanz in the last three or four weeks if you are cutting. The pstanz is very drying and has allowed me to hold on to a lot of muscle while on a 500 calorie deficit (super strict diet).

Went from no abs showing to full 6 pack at rest with defined obliques, intercostals and serratus, and abdominal cavity showing in 12 weeks with zero loss in weight. Still sitting at 170 just with a different body, strength up a bit, but that was not really my goal. No actual bf measurements, but maybe 10 pounds of fat lost? No alcohol, no restaurant food. I've been lifting on and off for 20 years and even I'm shocked at the transformation that smart supplementation and a good diet can do.

Hella powerful? Hdrol is one of the milder PH's doing the rounds, and I've used it before at 125mg, with virtually no side effects. That being said, each cycle is different, and I can modify it as I go. If I feel like it's too much, I'll definately lower the dosage.

Interesting point on the grapefruit juice.... I'll be looking more into that!.

Innards should cope, liver has never had problems with PH's before. I don't drink, eat super healthy, and take Liv 52 most of the time - on cycle or not.

All usual support supps like fish oil, cissus etc. are staples for me, and the Cycle and PCT assist are awesome products.

That being said, I'm not naive enough to think that things always go smoothly, and if any issues arise, I'll be dropping the hdrol dosage.

No my friend H-drol's dosage isn't to be toyed with. But I'll spare you the lecture since you said you ran it that high before. I will say this though, why so high? I mean is an extra 10 lbs. on bench worth the extra damage to your body?

I have yet to see a hdrol cycle that does follow the exact recommendations on the bottle.... and like I said earlier, I'll be monitoring myself very closely during this cycle.

My first time with Hdrol was ran 50/50/75/75/100 - a very easy run, but with minimal gains (My fault, injured my shoulder in the 3 week, but still ripped up nicely). Second cycle was 50/75/75/100/125/125 - with good gains, but again, no adverse sides. My tolerance seems to be quite high to PH's, so I'd like to see how I could go with a higher dose.

Note that this doesn't mean I'm going to start dumping caps like crazy.... I take a clinical view to my cycles, which is why I've put this one off for at least a year and a half.

Sorry to go on, but maybe you get the picture of what I'm about. I'm not a 17yr old that doesn't do research or PCTs, I use my experience to judge what I'm getting into.

something about the 'naringin' (compound that makes grapefruit juice bitter) reduces the amount of hdrol/ph getting broken down in the liver. Hopefully, if the liver is doing less work, maybe slightly less hepatoxic. That's my thinking anyway.....As a sidenote; I've got a buddy (35 years old, fit) whose liver is failing and dr. told him he has the liver of a 90 year old (did some AAS during HS football days.....)
 
Id up the p stanz to 350 too. I got a great pump from it at that dose. F beta ala&LCLT, its 10x better than that.
