Looking to get in 200g + ED

Eating Clean, 6 meals a day, shake before bed, stop eating at 8 apart from pre bed shake. Eating lots of fruit, getting in a lot of blueberries and other antioxidants I want to see this cycle through would be devasted to get ill during it!

Ok so after much deliberation, this is the cycle I am going to do. I am also going to buy something to control cholestrol today as I am using two compounds that affect this. Btw I am coming back from a shoulder impingement so my excercises are limited with regards to free weight excercises.

This is for yesterday:
DAY 1

Legs Workout

Leg Press 45 degree machine supersetted with lunges
3 sets Reps on machine: 1,15, 15

Leg Extension 3 sets with drop set
16, 14, 14 and as many as I could on half of the weight

Leg Curl 3 sets with drop set
15, 14, 12 and as many as I could on half of the weight

Calf Press 3 sets with drop set
15, 12, 11 and dropping the weight by 30kg and doing as many as I could on drop

Calf Raise Machine 3 sets
10, 8, 8 by this stage legs are feeling jacked

Donkey kick machine 3 sets supersetted with elevated lunges
15, 13, 11

My first set of leg press was easier than usual but this is probably because I was psyched to start my cycle. Overall the workout was about the same as usual.

Aggression: Nothing yet but to be expected.

Libido: No change so far, this is one of my main concerns I don't want this to change

Hairline: I would say I am susceptible to mpb thats why I am using nizoral and propecia during cycle. No hairs found on the pillow as of yet, will keep updated as I know this is v.important for many.

Anything else to note: Weird tingle in my upper back, bit achy in my lower back but I think this is because of my crap bed not one day of phs lol.
 
Day 2

I have had today off but I went and bought a tool box with sealed compartments. My supplements are all in there now and are ready to go for the cycle.

Aggression: No change so far

Libido: No change so far

Hairline: Nothing yet

Anything else to note: I feel like there is definitely something going on and it feels like I might break out in pops. You know that feeling you get a day or two before breaking out.

I am worried about gyno does anyone know of anything otc to take during the cycle?
