Basic info: 27 yo 5’10, 206 lbs. 6 years on and off weight training plus military PT. This will be my second PH cycle.

Cycle info: -CEL Hdrol 50/75/75/75/75 with the possibility of a 6th week at 75
-CEL Cycle assist preloaded 2 weeks continued through PCT
-Taurine PRN for back pumps

PCT: -Liquid Tamoxifen Citrate dosed 20/20/10/10

Diet: Around 4000 clean calories split between 6 meals/ day.

day 1 chest/ tris abs

day 2 oly lifts/ squat imp/ calves

day 3 back/ bis

day 4 rest

day 5 oly lift imp

day 6 shoulders/ abs

day 7 legs

day 8 rest

Precycle lift 1rm : - Bench 315
- Squat ATF 410
- Deadlift 495

Cycle will begin on the 29th.
