Hello all. Here are my stats..
23yrs old
5'10"
185lbs
approx. 12% bf
I lift 5 days/week (max ot plan) cardio 3-4days/wk (long distance running or HIIT)
I have ran a few cycles prior (epi x2, hdrol). I plan on stacking hdrol and fura for a recomp/cutting cycle. This is what I'm looking at. Let me know what you think..
6 weeks
-Preload cycle assist a week beforehand
-hdrol: 50/50/75/75/75/75
-fura: 0/0/300/300/300/300
-cycle assist throughout.
-nolva: 20/20/10/10 after last day
-jungle warfare: 40/30/20/10/10 during pct
-start lean xtreme wk 3 of pct (run for 4 weeks until bottle is gone)
Throughout my cycle I will continue to train at the same, high, intensity and keep my cardio up in order to lean out while keeping my strength and size. I know this may be a bit much, but I like to be safe and make sure I keep my hard earned results after pct.
Also, would it be too much to add any other basic cutting supplements (green tea extract, yohimbine, napalm etc.), or should I wait until I'm finished the cycle? Thanks!
