Hdrol Cycle layout

Hi all
I am just looking for your opinions on how this hdrol cycle layout looks! I am new to this forum and would really appreciate the advice you guys have to give.
Stats: 21 years old...205lbs probably around 17% BF and around 6'1". I have been training since I was 15. Diet looks good. Eating 6 or 7 times a day medium carbs high protein medium fats. I am just trying to recomp this cycle mostly and this is my first cycle. Please critique! thanks in advance.

Not going to bitch about your age...you're an adult, you can make your own decision.

I would run halo for 6 weeks.

For pct no need for 2 serms.

Clomid 50/50/25/25

Or nolva 20/20/10/10

I would add an otc supp for pct. Maybe sup3rPct by olympus labs and run that 4/4/3/3/2/1 next to your serm.
 
Your cycle support seems adequate, might want to add an AI just in case.

Gotta run it for 6 weeks tho cause it just starts to kick in around week 3.

For my first PH cycle I ran Hdrol 75/75/75/100/100/100...I had no sides whatsoever & upping by 25mg at week 4 was perfect. I think 50mg is just a tad bit low even for a week.

Hdrol is mild enough to where you don't need two SERMs. If you already bought them, then save one. If you haven't...consider buying Torem. I had great results with it, I bounced right back & actually made gains on it. Also throw creatine in your PCT.

Most guys on here will try to detract you at 21. Especially at 17% bf which somewhat suggests you have not dialed in your diet enough to keep making natty gains. PH or not, diet will determine weight loss/gain.
 
yeah i agree. If you all think it would be better for me to wait I will. I have been reading about PH/AAS for about 3 years. I consider myself pretty educated on the subject. However if it is risking a lot for me to start this early ill wait it out another couple years, even though it hurts me to! LOL

Probably a good decision. Your hormones are still sky high.

Some may say you're too young but I think more importantly, what is your motivation/dedication like? The biggest problem with cycles is it can hurt your motivation to lift naturally again. At 21 you're going to bounce back quickly from a mild cycle like this...esp with SERM. As long as you're not one to lose motivation & take weeks or months off then I think you will be fine. It will be fun & a great way to get some experience with PHs. I myself did my Hdrol cycle a year ago & came off with a SERM & pct...I've had no problem lifting natty & my motivation has been sky high ever since.
 
Thank you guys for the replies! Yes my dedication is good! Fitness is a lifestyle! I love it..I'm just trying to be as smart as possible about PH/AAS...a lot of my friends do some dumb things...for example...friend just came off a mega sten extreme cycle prolly 10/20/20/20/20 I think! No SERM...OTC pct...tried telling him that he needs clomid/Novladex..some of my friends have done worse..another example..18 years old has done four 4 week cycle in a matter of 23 weeks I think...it's really dumb but it will catch up to them..I just don't wanna mess myself up and wanna be as safe as possible
