Hdrol and Androgen Receptors

So basically everyone always hears about how anyone on roids has disproportionately large traps/delts due to a high concentration of androgen receptors in these regions.

My question is: does a compound like Hdrol have the same effect - Big traps and delts? Or does it work in a different fashion than traditional roids.
