HDrol/11-oxo question

I am taking an HDrol 11-oxo bridge and I just have a simple question that I can't seem to find the answer.

I am taking 6 pills of 11-oxo. How should this be taken? Broken up in the morning and then pre workout or how should it be distributed?

I am currently taking 1 hdrol pill in the morning and 2 an hour pre workout.......but the 11-oxo i haven't seen any recommendations on when to take it?

2 in the am 2 post workout/midday and 2 pre bed like any other cort blocker however this one is much more anabolic
