Hey,
I have a bottle of each. I'm wondering how to dose and time these. I was thinking of running transa and forma together for 6 weeks then hcgenerate after words for the whole bottle.
My goal is to lose fat and maintain strength and lean mass. Right now I am 6' 0 and 189 with 16 bf.
I have a good diet, about 500 below maintenance. Strength training 3 days per week. Cardio 2 days. Lost 16 pounds do far. I know I am not going to get bigger, but I am getting stronger. Want to to get to about 10% bf then worry about bulking up some.
Here's the kicker: I have been running forma standalone for about 3 weeks. It has been great. But I wonder if it is going to mess this cycle up, at least for awhile.
Anyone have any suggestions?
