For a simple test cycle I wouldn't even bother. If your dead set on using it you can pin 250iu e4d during your cycle or blast it at higher doses in the two weeks that your esters are clearing.

If you're looking into use of it for PCT, google Power PCT and read up on that. You might not choose to employ that method/protocol, but you'll get information on how it is used and why.

Search the forums too (use the search bar), I answered a question similar to this the other day, basically if you're not bothered about aesthetics, wait until the end of your cycle.
