What's everyones thoughts on importance/ effectiveness ? Some won't run without it, some don't bother? I know it's dependent on what your running and for how long but I guess that's part of the question!
Prob talking more about longer pinned than orals, although some pretty harsh shutdown can happen with some of the stronger DS out there!!

It will definitely aid in recover as it keeps your natural testosterone production up and going but IMO it depends on the cycle and how long you planned to be suppressed for.
