interesting
Interesting..... The old school of thought was on
suppression.....
I noticed my LH suppress (albeit it
was at the high end reference to begin with ) when I started
HCG 2,000IU/wk. I'll reread the AACE guideline paper for hypo/hyper
hypogonads... the community seems to have loosened up on long
term HCG use for such...... mulit-year...
A major group in the anti-aging community did find in a large group of
sub-50 individuals (this isn't published) using HCG to elevate Test that
in a 5-7 year window, their leydig cells would cease to respond to a dosing
starting at 500 IU 2x per week and ramping up to 3,333 2x max based on titers
every 8 weeks to monitor total Test and maintain 700-900 targets... after
the non-response they were migrated to exogenous test.
On a personal note, my concern is this outcome at 27 now and thinking about the future,
the notion of not having HCG function, leaves me with a frightening 60 year picture of external
test with occasional attempts at saving the testicles by trying to restart with clomid and synthetic
LH or other alternatives..... this is one reason I've abandoned the HCG only solutions in lieu of cycling with
PCT on exogenous test..
The long term group did some reduced LH levels
in general.

If you haven't read the AACE Hypogonadism guidelines paper .... I think you'll find
it a great read.......
Thanks for the study reference..
Also -- I feel like a different person at 1000 range vs. 373..... mentally its a huge difference...
a strut in one's step.........
