Read this guide.. it says if I run HCG on cycle at either 250eod or 500 2x a week that is the preferred method. I'm also reading it seems to say that I shouldn't use an AI such as aromasin while on HCG.. just want to confirm if this is true and why? I thought HCG has estrogen rebound effects so an AI would counter that.
Is 500 2x a week of HCG on cycle adequate? And is taking HCG on cycle truly beneficial or more negative. I was on another forum where all these bodybuilders were saying not to use HCG at all and that it's more negative then beneficial.. it's really conflicting information across the board.
