HCG dosages

Currently cruising on 175mg/wk test and id like to add HCG. Almost all the info I seem to find is saying 250iu's 2x a wk is the norm. is this the general consensus or is there a dosing protocol that works better for cruising vs blasting? How long should I take HCG for, is it ok to use it indefinitely if im staying on TRT dosages then blasting 2x a year?

HCG 5000iu Diluted with 5ml bac water
