HCG cycle?? SUPPLEMENTS needed to LEAN

Get diet and training in order before you worry about any supplements. Your new you have alot of gains you can gain natural.
 
thanks for your response. i should have posted up my diet and training plans. which once i get home i will. but as far as supplements goes i was wondering on which products do you guys recommend me to take exam. pre workouts, amino acids bcaa's post workout, protien shakes, etc. in other words whats a good stack to take for shredding.
 
this is what was given to me by a friend. Suggested i keep calorie intake at about 1800. thoughts?



Protein:•Tuna or most any fish.
•Cottage cheese.
•Eggs (especially the whites).
•Chicken breast (boneless skinless).
•Turkey breast (boneless skinless).
•Lean beef.
•Low fat or no fat cheese.
•Low fat pork.
•Milk protein isolate.
•Whey protein.
•Soy protein.
•Essentially most any other source of protein so long as it is low in saturated fat and carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates:•Sweet potatoes.
•Oat meal, oat bran, oat bran cereal (i.e. cheerios).
•Bran cereal.
•Brown rice.
•Wheat bread (try to limit to 2 slices per day).
•Beans.
•Low fat popcorn (low fat butter spray makes this a delicacy).
•Fruits (limit to 2-3 servings per day).
•Malto dextrin (during workout).
•Dextrose (during workout)
•Vegetables.
•Stay away from refined grains and anything that says “enriched” or “high fructose corn syrup” on the label!
Fat:•Omega 3 capsules (i.e. fish oil capsules).
•Flax seed oil.
•Primrose oil.
•Borage oil.
•Olive oil.
•Nuts (limit to 1 serving per day), peanut butter (as long as it does not contain hydrogenated oils).
•Egg yolks.
•Fish (salmon especially).
•All other fat should come as a by-product of your carbohydrate and protein intake.
 
After a few months of lifting throw in all that. Just get everything down then go with bcaa and protein and pre work out. Supplants help your diet so without diet and training supplements don't do anything and a 500 cal diet is a very very bad way to lose weight Cus you'll most Likely get fat again afterwards. So just figure out your macros ie) protein fats carbs and go from there. What's your bf?
 
Take that money and spend it on healthy foods! And aim for 5 miles a day on either bike or whatever cardio you desire.
 
Okay. after research and having a few friends that have tried the product i went and got me 1 month cycle of HCG 7k iU.

ill be shooting 40iu everyday. (first injec was yesterday).

ill be eating atleast 650 cals a day

2 lits of water.

ill keep this posted or start a new thread soon with befores and afters. then ill start a clean lean diet and continue hitting the gym.


My boy and i hit up the gym last night and hes currently running a cycle of tren and .. bench went up from max 275 to hitting 350 clean. freaking A!

Jaw line grew some and his face looks like a water balloon but man he is beastin
