Havoc side effect or gyno??

Hi guys

I'm 10 days into first cycle of havoc - started running 30mg 3 days ago. Since yesterday my right nipple has been a bit sore/sensitive...no swelling or lumps. From the research I've done this seems early in the cycle for this to happen...should I come off straight away and start PCT? Have nolva ready.
