I cannot speak for havoc, but in my h-drol/m-drol cycle the gains on the scale have been slow. BUT I have been cutting some fat and my muscles have been hardening up. Strength is also up considerably. It's been enough for some people that do NOT know about my cycle (some friends, family) to comment me on being leaner/bigger.
If you really want to gain strength and bulk mainly try looking into something wet.
