Havoc/H-drol PCT advice

Im coming to an end on my havoc/h-drol bridge and just want to clear some things up on my PCT. What I have:

Nolva
Iforce's Reversitol
Diesel Test Hardcore
Tokkyo Nutrition's Clomidex formestane, androstenione mix (got it for free)
Lean FX (cort control)

My question is how and when to dose the DTH, Clomidex and Lean FX? The nolva will be 40/20/20/20/ & 10 for a couple days to use it up, Reversitol 3/2/2/1 (like the bottle says). I guessing to start the DTH week 2, Clomidex and Lean FX week 3?
