I'm going into my 4th week of RPN havoc I'm running it 20/40/50/50/50/50.....I haven't felt it kick in at all....my start weight was 197 and now I am down to 190......I've ate the same but upped my protein to 300g a day.......ive done superdrol before and loved it.....I haven't lost strength on this but haven't gained strength.....I feel like I look the same so I dunno where 10 lbs went.....I do have a high bf like 15% I am 6'1 and 25 yes old...plz help
