I am going to run a pulse cycle. Do I take it with food or is a protein shake good enough? Is there anything that I should avoid taking with it(supps or food)? I would appreciate any help!

Hey trauma1 I have another question for you. When taking havoc should the doses be taken all at once in a day or seperated into 2 or 3? Which would give the best results?

I was thinking or running a pulse cycle. Dosing only on workout days. I workout 3 days a week:
wk1 10mg/10/20
wk2 20mg/20/30
wk3 30/30/40
wk4 40/40/40
wk5 40/40/30
wk6 30/30/20
How does this sound? Any information would be helpful. My goal is to get the most gains out of 1 bottle as possible with the least sides. Running Post Cycle Support and cycle support throughout cycle and at the end. I've read that pulsing seems to be the way to go. What do you think? I appreciate any feedback. Thanks bro!
so if I wanted to run the full 6 weeks then I could just keep the last 2 weeks at the 40mgs dosage? I just bought 2 bottles of AI's post cycle support and 1 cycle support from NP. I was going to run the P.C.S on non workout days(regular dosage) and at the end of my cycle for a couple weeks and run C.S. everday at half dosage. Sound good?
