I know this is just my natural test shutting down, but what does this tell me about my cycle?

Same thing happened to me about 3 weeks into an Epistane cycle. like nos said Nothing to worry about they'll come back. you'll be good as new as long as you have proper pct.

clomid in your pct? is there something specific to clomid rather than nolva that would help in pct that helps with the ball pain thing?

it means your getting shut down....clomid is the best thing for stimulating lh function....
