Havoc, BOLD, or H-DROL

I have been working out off an on for about 3-4 years, am 26 yrs old and 180 lbs. I just finished some T-Bol and E-Bol [thermolife] which made me feel fuller but was thinking about trying the PH for a month. I read online elsewhere that these 3 PH's were good for beginners. I was wondering what do you guys think and how would you set up the PCT. I am not taking any medications and am worried about hair loss. I know I should start a PCT 2 weeks before I start one of these and take it throughout the 4 weeks and 4 weeks after. Could you guys set me up with a regiment on how to take and what to take?
 
You have PCT all wrong.... you take PCT AFTER you finish your cycle. Out of the 3 PH's you mentioned, Havoc would probably give you the most mass, Hdrol will put some muscle on you and lean you out, and I'm just not a fan of BOLD but others have run it and done well. There is a whole section here on PCT. You really need to read it and study. When you are done and understand what PCT is you should be able to put together a decent PCT then ask us how what you put together looks :) Time to do your homework!
